このサイトは2007年10月20日に一般公開する予定ですが、その前に皆さんにお試し頂きたく、短期間ではありますが試行期間を設けました。

First Payment to the Vendor

JYOTO organization has made the first payment to the Vendor as part of the contract. Progress on the definition of the scope of the project and final critical requirements has been finalized with the vendor. JYOTO organization is very excited as we confirmed the vendor is able to develop all the critical requirements the organization is asking for. Search capabilities, family tree input methods has been approved.

LA Organization JYOTO ha hecho el primer pago a la empresa que esta efectuando el desarrollo. La org. JYOTO esta muy entusiasmada debido a que se ha confirmado al detalle los criticos requrimientos para satisfacer las funciones que la organization esta buscando.

JYOTOは最初の支払い（約20万円）をしました。JYOTOはブーログサイトのため大事な機能あるいば検索の能力を確認した上にを払いました。毎月の進歩によるプロジェクトの一部の金額を払うように約束しています。　以上

Schedule aligned

Los trabajos ya empezaron con nuestro proveedor de tecnologia. Hemos llegado a un acuerdo con el cronograma final de la entrega de trabajos. El equipo JYOTO espera tener el sitio operando despues de Agosto de este anio. Desde Agosto, vamos a empezar los periodos de prueba en linea y empezar con una seleccion de usuarios para validar el sistema que funcione perfectamente en todos los procesos.　
En esta primera fase, solo se va a usar como base primaria los datos de la Asociacion Okinawense del Peru. Se hace el llamado a otras asociaciones con el deseo de participar de los beneficios del projecto JYOTO. La incorporacion de las otras bases de datos se va a hacer de acuerdo a un cronograma de trabajo y de acuerdo al acuerdo de los estatutos JYOTO.

Our work with the vendor has already started and we got an agreement on the critical path schedule to deliver the first phase of the project. We are expecting from the vendor to get ready the site by August 07. We will start a testing period from August for a couple of months to assure the system flow and process are validated and ready to use for the community.
This first phase will reach only databases from Peru Okinawan Association, and we are expecting calls from other associations or their delegates to conitnue working on increasing the database and continue building the chances for success of the site.

スケジュールをJYOTOチームと選択した会社と合意しました。8月ぐらい第一フェースのシステムの開発を完了するよていですが、その後、2ヶ月ぐらいをインタネットでテストする予定です。システムの流れ、プロセスなどを再確認するためのです。
この第一フェースはペルー沖縄県人会のあるデータしか乗せないよていです。これからほかの県人会をデータベースをのせるために募集しております。

Vendors Selection for Jyoto Project

Continuando con el proyecto Jyoto. En las Instalaciones de la Asociacion Peruano Japonesa en Lima Peru, se hizo un concurso de las propuestas de las empresas de tecnologia del medio. Previamente se habia hecho una pre-seleccion en Japon, particpando las empresas U-Systems e Infomax. En Peru se hizo la pre-seleccion con las empresas: Synopsis, Antartec y VenturaSoftware. La seleccion fue bastante competitiva, en mayor parte debido al alto nivel de las propuestas que se expusieron en el APJ.
Despues de arduas discusiones, se selecciono a la empresa Ventura Software para liderar el desarrollo del sitio Web JYOTO.
Asimismo la Org. JYOTO agradece a la AOP por ofrecer los salones de reuniones de la AOP para llevar a cabo las presentaciones de las empresas de tecnologia.

Project JYOTO is progressing and the development is on track. Last March 07 in Lima-Peru we finished the call for proposals. 2 companies from Japan, U-systems , Infomax. 3 companies from Peru : Synopsis, Antartec, and Ventura Software. Competition level from all 5 proposals was high making difficult the selection process. Finally after hard discussions, Ventura software was selected as the company to lead the development of Jyoto site.
Jyoto Organization would like to thanks to APJ for their help on lending the facilities for the meetings to hear the proposals from all companies in Peru.

JYOTO　プロジェクトは進んでいます。サイトの開発は問題なく順調です。ペルーのリマーで三月で行われた会議でプロバイダーを選択しました。日本の会社は二つ、U-SystemsとInfomax、ペルーの会社は三つ、Synopsis,Antartec,VenturaSoftwareは最後のステップまで進出をして、リマーの会議でペルーの三つの会社の最後提案を行っておりました。その五つの会社の中に選ぶのは難しかったです。
JYOTOチームで話し合いをした結果、VenturaSoftwareは選択されました。
ところで、JYOTOチームはペルー日本文化会館を会議するための教室を使わせていただいて、感謝しております。

Letter to Peru AFO (Peru Okinawan Association)

This is the letter sent it out by our Executive Director, Gabriela Kohatsu to Peru-AFO President Mr. Shimabukuru. This letter's objective is to obtain and gather information related to the project. Information at Peru-AFO will be the base to build our database.

Response from Peru-AFO President Mr. Shimabukuru has been extensively positive and he's supporting us from the beginning.

Journey begins

Thank you very much to Okinawa - Uchinanchu taikai!!. JYOTO blog team was very excited and looking forward to start working for making this a succesful story.

We would like to thanks to all the juror, Uchina Taikai staff and Okinawa Kenjinkai representatives from all around the world.

We want to use this blog as one of the communication tools to start working together to make this project a reality.
